Return Policy
To receive a FULL REFUND to your original payment method, your item must meet the following conditions:
Refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
item(s) must be received within 30 days from date of delivery.
item(s) must be new and unworn with original tags attached
item(s) must not be marked as a FINAL SALE ITEM (this is indicated in the product description)
item(s) must not have make-up or other marks
item(s) must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing detergent
Jepnma has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer. Items refused will be shipped back to customer.

Damaged or Soiled Returns
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Can I Cancel My Order After It’s Placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled within our system. If you are unhappy with an item in your order or have changed your mind, please initiate a return within the specified return period online, as outlined above.
Shipping Errors & Damaged Products
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Jepnma will replace any item with quality defects in workmanship or materials within 60 days of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns on apparel and accessories damaged by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors/materials over time. If we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to sale@jepnma.com.
